第二章：职业生涯条件分析

1. 家庭条件分析我们家是 教育 世家，家境在农村来说还可以。因为一代希望比一代强，所以家人对我的期望值很高。让我 毕业 后继续深造，读硕士研究生。不用着急工作来减轻家里的经济负担。要比大多数人有较高的学历，以便有竞争优势。将来找个稳定、薪酬较高的工作。

2. 学校环境分析我所在学校为一所普通的二本院校。我所就读的英语专业是学校最好的专业之一，每年专八过级率超过了很多学校，甚至一些好的一本院校。所以我相信自己的选择还不错。

本期目标毕业后十年，稳定自己的工作，不再为找到更好的工作而东奔西走，踏下心来、一心一意做好的自己的本职工作。同时，要做的更好，在自己的职称上更上一步。在家庭方面，首先赡养好自己的父母，尽自己的一片孝心，不再让他们为了生活而奔波，而是让他们安度晚年，享受天伦之乐。教育好自己的子女，成为德才兼备、为祖国做更大贡献的栋梁之才。同时，做一些慈善，帮助一些穷人，回馈社会。

细分目标毕业后十年，努力钻研，争取研究翻译工作，让自己的能力让下一代更易接触它。 在家庭生活方面，如果工作允许，假期带着家人旅游，缓解工作压力，促进家人间和睦关系，感受生活的美好。赡养好自己的父母，教育好子女。

第五章：评估调整

职业生涯规划是一个动态的过程,必须根据实施结果的情况及时的评估和调整。在每一次 总结 出我的执行程度与现状不符时，我会立即行动，马上更改我的计划，使其具有可行性，是我每一阶段的工作都有效率。

1.评估的内容

(1)职业目标的评估。如果自己觉得自己所在公司不能给自己所要的东西，不能让自己施展才华，自己会考虑到其他。或是自己的口译已经不景气，我会考虑跨专业，比如进入经济领域。

(2)职业路径的评估。当自己年龄大了时，自己要考虑别人大学的返聘，去教育下一代。

(3)其他因素的评估。当父母的身体不好时，我会选择离家较近的企业工作，以便照顾他们。
